Contractors tab





Clicking on the Contractors tab will present a dropdown menu with various options.




 
 






Contractors> On-site

This tab shows the contractors that are currently on-site.




If you are managing parent/child sites you can switch between sites using the dropdown menu.


To switch sites, click on the dropdown menu next to ‘On-site’ and select which site you wish to view.
 


The information displayed can be listed alphabetically by 'Name''Company', 'Time In''Meeting With' etc.
To change, click on any column heading marked in blue.

 

Contractors> Today+ 

The Contractors> Today+ tab shows who has been on-site today.



Switching between sites: under the Contractors> Today+ tab if you are managing parent/child sites, you can select which site you are viewing using the dropdown menu.


To export the information from the Contractors> Today+ tab to an Excel spreadsheet, click the Excel icon and follow the prompts to download.



Contractors> Dashboard

The Contractors> Dashboard tab graphically displays the registrations of staff, contractors and visitors during a selected period.

To change to date range, use the date pickers.



Contractors> Contractor Companies

The Contractors> Contractor Companies tab displays all the companies for various contractors.




Switching between sites: under the Contractors> Contractor Companies tab, if you are managing parent/child sites, you can select which site you are viewing using the dropdown menu.


To see a list of the contractors from that company, click on the   or   icon.
 


You can now view the contractors from the selected company.
 



To view the Contractor Authorisation Screen for a specific contractor, click the ,  or  icon in the ‘Fit’ column.



Contractors> Contractors

The Contractors> Contractors tab displays the data of all registered contractors.
To add a new contractor using VRF Online click the  icon, at the top left of the contractors table.


 



Insert relevant information into the corresponding boxes. Select the company name from the dropdown menu, or to add a new company click the icon next to the‘Company’ field.


Select an ‘Access Template’ and ‘Access Level’ to assign the contractor to.

Contractors> Invites

The Contractors> Invites tab allows you to view the invitations you have sent to various contractors.

Contractors> Monitor

The Contractors> Monitor tab displays the time of events and what has occurred.



To update press theicon for the latest events.

To change to date range, use the date pickers.


Switching between sites: under the Contractors> Monitor tab if you are managing parent/child sites, you can select which site you are viewing using the dropdown menu.
