Exporting Access Level Hours




Navigate to Hours> Access Level


Hours can be viewed by Access Level and Companies in the Access Level. The data can then be exported to Excel by either category.

Navigate to Hours> Access Level

Hours can be viewed by Access Level and Companies in the Access Level. The data can then be exported to Excel by either category.


The Excel icons to the right of the ‘Part’ search bar and ‘Company’ icon achieve the following:


Selecting the  icon exports the data of the Access Level selected.
Selecting the  icon exports the hours of all Access Levels to Excel.

Under ‘Hours – By Companies In Access Level’, selecting the  icon exports the data displayed in the table to an Excel file. This includes the contractor, company, time in and out, duration (hours), out, meeting with and note.
