Invited Contractor Instructions

View Job Details through VRF

Each time you are sent a Job Invite from a Project Manager you will receive an email which contains a link to the VisitorRego website.

Sign-in to view job details.

The Job Invitation

Once you have signed in, the basic details of the job will be displayed under the 'Job Invites' section.
If you have a new invite, you need to accept it before you can view the job details. Click on the  to accept or decline the invite. You will then be prompted to 'Accept' or 'Decline' the invite. By accepting the invite the job will appear under the 'My Jobs' section. 

A notification will be sent to the Job Manager and /or Contractor to show that you have accepted or declined the Job Invite.

This tab display all job information and invites relevant to a Contractor

My Account

The My Account> Home Page tab will direct you to the Jobs tab.
The My Account> My Details tab includes your details and emergency details. You can change your password via this tab see: Changing your Password.
The My Account> Logon tab will send you to the login portal.
