Bulk upload of contractors and permits

When you first start using VisitorRego you may have to transfer existing contractor data. This can be uploaded to the VR Portal in bulk. 

As part of the set up process you will be sent a Excel spreadsheet template. 

Below are the descriptions of the fields. 

This information will then be uploaded to the VR Portal.

Permit

This is the requirement that VR will check when the contractor can sign in. This can be site induction, insurance, drivers licence etc. We recommend you start with the permit that applies to most contractors.

These are the initials of the person who has certified the permit. You can enter this or leave it blank and it will be automatically populated to VR (VisitorRego)

This is the date the permit is certified.

ExpireOn

This is the date the permit will expire

No, but if left blank the contractor will always be seen as certified and never denied access.

Required

Yes = this is a mandatory permit which is required to be both held and current. If either condition is not met the contractor will be denied access.

No = this is not a mandatory permit and the contractor will be notified on screen if it has been expired, and notification emails will be sent, but access is not denied
