Bulk upload of contractors and permits
When you first start using VisitorRego you may have to transfer existing contractor data. This can be uploaded to the VR Portal in bulk.
As part of the set up process you will be sent a Excel spreadsheet template.
Below are the descriptions of the fields.
This information will then be uploaded to the VR Portal.

this or leave it blank and it will be automatically populated to VR

but if left blank the contractor will always be seen as certified and never
denied access.

= this is a mandatory permit which is required to be both held and current.
If either condition is not met the contractor will be denied access.

= this is not a mandatory permit and the contractor will be notified on
screen if it has been expired, and notification emails will be sent, but
access is not denied
