Reception Bell Setup (Pre V10)

VisitorRego
can be installed in unattended reception areas and visitors are able to
notify a staff member or group when they require assistance or have a
delivery.
To
use the reception bell it needs to first be enabled. The graphic for the
reception bell must also be configured. To enable the reception bell
and select the graphic, please follow the steps below.
From VisitorRego's Admin mode choose Options> System Setup> Unattended tab.
From this screen you can enable the reception bell and specify the file you wish to use as the button. The graphic can be customised for your company. Common options are Deliveries, Deliveries & Couriers, or I would like to Contact Reception.
To select the graphic that is to be used, click the file open button
, then browse to the location of the graphic file and open it.
Check the Show this button on the Welcome Screen check box to show this button to visitors.
Click Apply to hold any changes.
